Creamy southwest chicken soup

1 chicken breast, pre boiled and shredded
1 tbs. Pepper
2 tsps. Salt
4 celery, sliced in small chunks
6 carrots, diced
5-6 gold potatoes, diced
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup peas
2 bay leaves
1 can rotel
15 oz cream of chicken soup
3 cups chicken broth


Combine and let simmer for 45 minutes.
